NO PETS ALLOWED
For the safety of future guests pets are not allowed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is charged to bookings. Once no damages, this is returned within 48 hours post checkout.
NO SMOKING
For the safety of future guests, smoking is not allowed.
KIDS FRIENDLY
Suitable for enfants and children. Baby equipment rentals can be provided during stay.
NO EVENTS
For the safety and security of guests, events/parties/gatherings are not allowed
1. You must not invite anyone to meet you back at the property to 'party' or under any circumstances. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our guests, our hosting team and service providers, persons not on the reservations lists are not allowed on premises.

2. Please do not use towels/linens to remove make-up or suntan lotion. Dark colored washcloths have been provided for make-up removal. Also, ensure all make-up and suntan lotion is removed prior to going to bed so as not to soil fabrics and linens.

3. If make-up/stains/suntan lotion are found on the towels/linen and additional soaking/washing is required, guests will be charged up to an additional US$30.00 per item. If stains cannot be removed, guests will be charged for the replacement cost of the item(s).

4. The neighborhoods are residential. Even though the house is a bit detached from the others, please be aware that playing loud music or making loud noises will keep neighbors awake.

5. No smoking is allowed nor drugs on villas' premises.
​
6. The accommodations are self-catering. Please take appropriate care and leave properties as found. Amenities available for spills and washing. Once used, it is expected you purchase what you need.

7. Accidents can happen. In the event, whether minor or major, kindly let us know immediately. You will be charged accordingly.

8. If unavoidable maintenance is required, host and maintenance team will have to come in to carry out maintenance.
​
9. Turn off all AC units, fans and lights when leaving the properties.
​
10. A maximum of four infants can be accommodated, assuming guests hire the relevant baby equipment. Baby equipment rentals can be arranged.
